About Fusco Browne Healthcare

Who we support

We provide care and support to a wide range of individuals, including adults who require personal care, and those living with dementia, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and substance misuse problems.

Our team is highly trained and experienced in addressing all conditions, enabling us to create personalised care plans tailored to your specific needs. We regularly support adults over 65 and those under 65 living with complex needs.

What is our brand mission?

Supporting independence, dignity and well-being – one home at a time.

At Fusco Browne, our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care that empowers people to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Our aims as your trusted care provider are to…

  • Deliver compassionate, reliable care tailored to individual needs and choices
  • Build trust through consistency, respect and professional excellence
  • Support families and communities with confidence, communication and care
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity and well-being
  • Continuously improve through learning, feedback and innovation

We believe care should never feel like a service. Instead, it should feel like support, partnership and respect for what matters most to each person.

Our History

Rooted in compassion. Built for change.

Fusco Browne was first founded in September 2015 by our very own Margaret Fusco. Margaret was, and remains, passionate about improving standards in community care. Driven by her first-hand awareness of the lack of personalised care available to individuals and families, she set out to build a service that truly puts people first, at home and in their communities.

The first care branch was located in Sheffield and opened its doors in November 2015. The Sheffield branch was dedicated to offering high-quality domiciliary care to older people and adults with support needs.

In April 2017, we received our CQC registration. The CQC is responsible for ensuring effective care, safety and management in healthcare settings. Having this recognition allows us to reaffirm our commitment to safe, effective, person-centred care.

Fusco Browne has continued to grow and evolve, offering an expanded range of services and high-quality care. Some of our services include mental health support, supported living services and domiciliary care across multiple regions.

Despite our growth, our brand mission and core purposes have remained the same. We aim to deliver care that feels personal and not institutional. We believe that every person deserves care that respects who they are, what they value, and how they choose to live.

Areas we serve

Over the past decade, we have continued to expand our service offerings across multiple areas.

  • Sheffield – Domiciliary care, supported living and mental health services
  • Rotherham – Domiciliary and supported living
  • Doncaster – Supported living
  • Barnsley – Domiciliary and supported living

Your kind words

Cannot recommend highly enough. My Mother was very well cared for and her care plan was reviewed regularly. The staff are kind and have gone to great lengths during lockdown.
